Merli Yunita Sari, S,H. , CPM graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lampung under the Bidik Misi Scholarship Program, initiated by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in 2010. Before founding MYS & Partners, Merli cultivated a diverse background in Human Resources Management, General Affairs, Legal Business, Business Development and Corporate Law at PLTU PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Tarahan from 2014 to 2017. Currently, as the Managing Partner at MYS & Partners, Merli leverages her vast experience in civil, corporate and health law. She holds a Mediator certification and Merli has successfully managed a wide array of both litigation and non-litigation matters. Her dynamic approach to handling medical disputes, debts, business disputes, and land ownership issues has been particularly noteworthy.

Ahmad Novindri Aji Sukma is an international lawyer, specializing in regulatory compliance, financial services, environmental law, and financial crimes. With a robust background in cross-border compliance and enforcement, Ahmad has provided invaluable advice to multinational corporations and international financial institutions in the United States and Europe. His career highlights include positions at the World Bank Group, UK Financial Conduct Authority, and DLA Piper UK LLP in London. Ahmad holds a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Studies/Conservation Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Laws in International Economic & Business Law from Georgetown University Law Center. Fluent in English and Indonesian, Ahmad is uniquely positioned to navigate complex legal landscapes, ensuring compliance and fortifying business integrity across jurisdictions.
